KERALA COMES OT WHITEHILL AND BORDON 

SHARING MEMORIES. 

People migrated to the UK from Kerala bringing their traditions with them. 

This project is a year long celebration of the Heritage of Kerala and the remarkable people who brought their culture with them when they migrated to this country.

Thank you to all the people who came to the Haslemere Educational Museum to record the memories of people from Kerala who settled in the UK.

A very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere as people from the wider community and people from Kerala shared their memories of Kerala.

The recording will be retained by The Wessex Film and Sound Archives, Winchester, for future generations to hear the voices of people from Kerala.
